In direction of defined rotation, subtracting. Adding in reverse direction. The counter subtracts from the preset value and activates a changeover contact as soon as zero is reached (or when value changes to 9999) |

| Preselection: |

By pushing the reset key once, the counter returns to its preset value. |
| Repeat: |
Simply stroke the reset lever once to repeat the same counting procedure. |
