The Tramex Professional Moisture Meter offers accurate moisture readings by using advanced technologies based on electrical resistance.
The Tramex Professional is a hand-held instrument designed to take precise measurements of moisture content in wood and provide comparative readings in wood by-products and various other building materials such as roofing, insulation, plaster etc..
The Tramex Professional is extremely easy to use providing moisture content readings up to 40% in 0.1% increments over the entire measurement range. Readings are displayed on the large clear-view digital LCD display.
This portable, battery-operated moisture meter combines a sophisticated electronic design with a durable, lightweight aluminum housing. The meter comes with "built in" 5/16 inch pins. Optional "plug in" hand held or slide hammer electrodes with various pin length options are available. The selection of electrodes includes: deep hammer type, shallow Penetration and deep wall type.
The Tramex Professional offers a practical and accurate way of ensuring that wood is at a correct moisture level for its intended use, proving to be a vital tool for good quality control.
